The hospital staff is nice, but I've never been more happy to get to my flat. Hopefully, tomorrow I can actually get back to work. You would not believe how many weddings happen in June. If it weren't for Lizzie being there to take care of Danny, I don't know what I'd do. I am a horrible mother. As reward for being such a good Aunt, I do believe I'm picking up a pizza for us all tonight!

Oh. Merlin. I leave my journal open for one moment and Danny starts scribbling all over it. Apparently its the puppy her wants for his birthday. I don't know where he got the idea he could have a puppy for his birthday, Elizabeth, but I have no idea where you would find one so colorful... or scribbly...
